1. Trucking Companies – trucking is a relatively easy job, pays decent wage, and you don’t any real qualification (however, some trucking companies will require you to go to truck driving school). Con-way.com is one such company that only hire felons.
2. Restaurant work – is a good starting place, since there’s always room for advancement. You can work your way up to management if you have a good work ethic. Since restaurant work isn’t security/information sensitive, they most likely will not ask if you’re a felon. The best restaurant to look for work is a small chain, independent bar/restaurant, where there is room for promotion and criminal background check is minimal or non-existence.
